New Construction:  An expert in the build & relocation process! 

Hi Michael,

We are headed to Model home today to meet with loan officer. Things going well. I am going to take photos of inside today.

We just wanted to say HI, and let you know we worked on your terrific suggestions and will incorporate some of them into house plan.  I am Very Happy with the Home. I have been looking for accessories, furniture and colors to complete the Casual/ comfortable home we will enjoy. We have added a few things to the Home so the price has inched up a little.

Eric and I have been very pleased with your approach to finding the Perfect home.

We appreciate the showing of homes in all price ranges, You have gone way over the top in ideas and suggestions for features, lighting, and position of rooms. The House hunting Experience has been so exciting and Pleasurable.. Your attention to detail is extraordinary. We have enjoyed the tours around the area, Highlighting points of interest and the video tours of your listings.  Eric and I sat in bed in our pj's and "toured" the homes on the video tour.  I wish all listings had that video tour feature, we'd have saved quite a bit of time researching.  We can tell you truly love your Job, I wish I had you showing my Home in Virginia too.

  The effort to see to it that the tile issue was taken care of before closing was much appreciated.. We wish that we could bottle you and send your service to Virginia!  The agent there wants us to now put in a new kitchen after all the other hoops we've jumped thru.  We just wish they were up front with us as you have been!

 By the way, Eric has another referral for you to help. We gave them your "Welcome to Dayton" packet and told them that you previewed listings and made digital movies tours for us before we came into town to save us valuable time!  Thank you again!!!
